The company’s top management has set as its primary objective to maintain efficient the Quality Management System, compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, capable of continuously ensuring the compliance of the product to the requirements required by the customer, to the applicable laws and to the regulations of reference.
The vital objective of the Quality Policy of the Organization is to assert its position in the market in which it operates, clearly identifying the expectations and needs of the client in order to convert them into requirements to be met, offering the client the best price/quality ratio for the services and providing, in relation to them, services to ensure the widest satisfaction of the client, with a view of continuous improving and corporate excellence.
An indispensable objective of the Company’s Quality Policy is the commitment to create, develop and spread at all levels of the Organization a quality culture, focused on customer satisfaction. This means that the top of the Organization must provide the necessary human and technological resources and involve everyone in improving the quality of the service offered.

 

Just as it is crucial to involve all human resources in the activities to improve the quality of the service, it is a privileged tool the spread of communication inside and outside the Organization; this will allow to achieve the fundamental objective of understanding the key concepts of the Quality Policy by all staff.
The constant training and sensitization of Process Managers and their staff through specific and systematic courses on quality disciplines are the basic objectives, of the Quality Policy.
The top management of the Organization also ensures, as an essential objective, the maintenance in perfect efficiency of its Quality Management System through a constant and periodic verification of the correct application of the provisions of the Management Procedures, the Operating Instructions, the Process Flows and the Quality Policy in all areas of the company, through internal inspections and specific reviews.
Lastly, it is essential to achieve the objectives of effectiveness and efficiency of the processes, which will be kept under constant review through the systematic monitoring and analysis of data quality and their performance.
